Do you ship overseas?
- Yes, please contact us to arrange an estimate for shipping costs to your location, internationally.
When will my clinic's order ship?
- We ship within one business day of payment processing (except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). Orders are shipped via Australia Post and can take 2-7 business days to arrive.
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping times vary, but it can take up to 2-7 business days. Use the tracking number to check shipment status. If not arrived, contact us at info@redoxskinlab.com.
Can I cancel an order once shipped?
- Unfortunately, once with the carrier, wait for the product to arrive and proceed with the Returns process.
Can I change the shipping address?
- If shipped, we can't change the address. You may redirect the parcel with Australia Post upon notification of dispatch.
